Need a refund for your Slider Revolution or Essential Grid purchase?
This page will guide you through the process.
What information do I need to provide?
Log into your dashboard.
You will need your Account Email Address displayed at the top and
the Order ID of the license you would like to request a refund for.
Enter your purchase information
Refunds will only be considered for an original purchase, renewal payment or upgrade payment if the refund request is received within 14 days of that payment being made.
